POCA-Certified AcuDetox Practitioner | Corporate Wellness & Stress Management Specialist

At Golden River Wellness, I believe true healing happens when we address the mind, body, and spirit together. As a certified AcuDetox Specialist (ADS) and mindfulness practitioner, I offer evidence-based, compassionate care to help you release stress, recover, and restore emotional well-being, naturally and holistically.

Why AcuDetox & Mindfulness?

Stress, trauma, and daily pressures can leave us feeling drained, stuck, or out of balance. My approach combines two powerful tools:

  • AcuDetox (NADA Protocol / 5 Needle Protocol): A federally recognized ear acupuncture method endorsed by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) for calming the nervous system, supporting addiction recovery, trauma healing, and stress relief.
  • Mindfulness Practices: Simple yet transformative techniques to help you cultivate clarity, resilience, and inner peace.

Together, these modalities create a gentle yet profound path to healing – whether you’re navigating burnout, recovery, or simply seeking greater ease in life.

Who I Work With

My Training & Approach

Certified by the People’s Organization of Community Acupuncture (POCA), I’ve trained extensively in auricular (ear) acupuncture, safe needling techniques, and trauma-informed care. My sessions are designed to be accessible, effective, and welcoming – whether you’re new to acupuncture or a longtime believer in holistic healing.

Let's Begin Your Healing Journey

Based in Denver, Colorado, I offer private sessions, group treatments, and corporate wellness programs – in-office or at your preferred location. You don’t have to face stress, addiction, or emotional challenges alone. Together, we’ll create a personalized path to renewal.
